Zofran?

Question

I have been suffering with very bad sickness morning noon and night. Everything I eat reappears 10 mins later. This is obviously not good for my baby. My doctor has this morning prescribed me Zofran. 
​Does anybody have any experience of this? Does it work? I am desperate as nothing else is working and I am at my max sick days at work.

Zofran has been my miracle drug! To be completely honest with you if I couldn't get it at a pharmacy I would buy it off the streets! It's been that wonderful for me!!

Zofran is great for nausea / vomiting. Haven't used it for morning sickness but gave it all the time to chemo patients I worked with. Thankfully I haven't had severe morning sickness. But if it gets bad I will not hesitate to ask for a prescription and take it.

How many mg are you ladies taking? I'm taking 4mg twice a day, but sometimes it just isn't enough.

It works amazingly. Just be aware you will become more constipated than before.

A friend of mine suffers from Ulcerative Coalitis and she takes zofran. She calls it the magic pill. It works all the time for her when she needs it to. 
​Another friend of mine had the horrid morning sickness of nit being able to eat much and vomiting everything she did eat. She got prescribed zofran and she said she suffered from headaches but it got rid of the sickness completely.

I used to take zofran when I had stomach problems. worked great however I don't need it for my pregnancy. good luck

Zofran is the best! Took it with my first pregnancy after I lost 10lbs the first trimester. It was a night and day difference for me. Hope it helps you
