right side abdominal tight pains & 11 days late. help please!

I'm now 11 days late for af, tested at 4 days late & got bfn trying to wait till 14 days before testing again!

I'm feeling nauseous like I'm going to be sick but haven't actually been sick.. having tight feeling on the right hand side of my lower abdomen.. been really tired with no energy.. could these be early pregnancy signs? Should I wait till I'm 14 days late or longer? Please help! thank you!! :)
