How to distract myself from ttc!
Hi all do you have any tips on how to ignore and alleviate worry over ttc? Please don't tell me 'just relax' as that's the obvious answer ;)
I have had some anxiety issues in the past and had hoped that we could take the approach of coming off BC and seeing what happens but I'm only on cycle 2 and already crying with worry sometimes. Went for a long walk yesterday which was great but I find it's at night when I worry if I'm doing enough etc.
How do you combat this?
