5 dpo. Is this Normal?

Hi, I'm 5 dpo and this is my first month TTC. AF is supposed to come Aug 1st. I am new to all this so I would appreciate your help. I have had bad cramps since my first day ovulating and it has been occurring every day since. It feels like pressure and sharp pains that come and go. I've never had cramps before so I'm not even sure what AF cramps feel like. The pain is not just on one side. It's kinda in the middle. Is this normal or should I call my doctor.
