Anyone else

So for the last four or five nights I haven't been able to sleep I force myself to go to bed around 3 am and then I get up almost every hour to go to the bathroom and now today my back is so sore and I feel like I have pee every second. I use the bathroom and as soon as I go sit down I feel like my blader is full again. I am almost 16 weeks and I know my daughter is laying low in my stomach but I don't feel like she is big enough to make me feel like someone is sitting on my blader 24/7. Is anyone else feeling like this?
