Constipation help anyone?

Anyone have constipation. I'm 18 weeks now and it seems like it makes me sick to eat anything since I'm so full. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated

Add fibre, drink lots of water, walk at least 20 mins every day and colace is safe to take, it's a stool softener.

I recently started taking acidophilus probiotics (ask your dr first) because the Colace wasn't working quite so well anymore. They seem to have helped tremendously.

I put this call into my midwife today. They said pear juice, walking, and tons of water!!

Drink orange juice with pulp and eat plums or papaya . Believe me , it will work !! Just don't do them all at once or else you will spend the afternoon in the restroom ;)

I highly recommend oatmeat, bananas, apples, plums (high fiber fruits!) and lots of water. If this doesnt help talk to your doctor he may be able to recommend something

I had constipation all throughout my first trimester, Whole wheat products help especially cereals or bread with whole wheat! And eating kiwi also helped me, even though I still don't like kiwi to this day. Yuck.

I found that my prenatal pill that I was prescribed by my doctor has helped with the constipation but the OTC prenatals were not a help at all : /

I've tried eveything and what finally worked for me is APPLE CIDER VINEGAR :) 1 tsp mixed in juice or water 1-2x a day has been a miracle :)
