Should i go back on anti depressants

I suffer with bi polar disorder and was on mood stabelising meds and antidepressants well i weened myself off as we started ttc on july 2nd i took my coil out not had a period had lots of pregnancy symptoms but no bfp done a few tests as i have no idea of my cycles x im already getting over emotional cry at everything do nt know if its my hormones going crazy or the bi polar n depression should i hot back on the antidepressants at least?
