How long should you hold your pee before testing if you CANT test with first morning urine?

I've read to restrict your drinking and not urinate for 4 hours then test if not FMU...it helps to prevent diluting it out from not drinking and gets it to concentrate a bit.

I don't think you should hold your pee. Your HCG levels go up throughout the day, so there really isn't any reason you couldn't get a BFP any time of day. Most tests say to use FMU, but if HCG is there, you would expect to see it all the time.
