When do you tell immediate family!?

We told our immediate family at 5 weeks. We were going to wait, but I just kept worring that something would happened! I felt so relieved to tell them and now I feel like I can be happy and positive! All I neede was my family support!

We told both our parents and my closest girlfriend. Left it at that til we get out of that window of possible mc.     So if worst comes to worst, they will be our rock to help us get through anything.

The first pregnancy we told our parents and sibling right away and soon after miscarried. Having their support was very helpful, since many have been through it before. I'm now pregnant again and my husband is hesitant to tell, but I don't mind. regardless l want the family's support.

Hard question to answer. Being a person who's exp MC it's good to tell them early in case you need thier support but bad when you get a million phone calls asking how you are when all you want to to is sleep in the 1st trimester. But I answered 1st trimester so that you know everything should be alright.

I told my mum and 2 sisters when we first found out at 4 weeks as I found myself so anxious wanting to ask them questions and have their support. We weren't going to tell my husbands family until after the first scan but decided to yesterday at 5 weeks as we realised it would be too difficult hiding it when we see them so often. It is kind of scary thinking you're jinxing yourself but I feel so much more relieved now so I figure less stress is the top priority here!

Just told my Significant Other today he was happy! I also told his sisters and my mother and best friend. As far as the other family and and friends as well as his family I'm waiting till another 5 weeks. ( I'm almost 5 weeks )

My parents are visiting next week, I want to see their reactions in person! Thy will be first time grandparents. This will be the 7th grandchild for my husbands parents, we will tell them mid August when we travel the 7 hours to see them. Other than the parents I've only told a couple of workmates, so I wouldn't bust with the news on my head.
