cheating woes

Ok so beginning of June 2014 I found out my boyfriend of almost three years cheated on me. This news broke my heart in two and I've been struggling with this ever since. I love him so much, but he hurt me. I was actually in the process of moving in with him and after only a few days we were arguing and in a bad place. He was treating me more like a roommate than his girlfriend and then after I went through his phone I found out he cheated. He claims it was only one time and he cheated and made a horrible mistake<-his words. All he does now is beg for my forgiveness and ask me to come back to him. He wants to take me shopping and out to dinner, But I am on the fence about it. And am totally lost. There's so much going through my head I just don't know what to do.

Should I forgive him?
