Taking two prenatal vitamins in one day
Okay, so I'm 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I have a really bad memory problem and sometimes I forget that I took my prenatal vitamin earlier and I think I took two in one day one time. Is that unsafe? Can that hurt my baby? Help please!!
