Vitex?

Hi!  I am considering starting a vitex supplement.  I came off BC (pill) a few months ago (used to regulate my cycle), and I haven't had a period since.  We're TTC and I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience, positive or negative, with vitex?  Just curious...  Thanks in advance and best wishes to you all!!!

I did a poll on this in the success stories page, and didn't have one person say they had gotten a BFP from it, but many said t regulates their cycles. I bought some, but can't bring myself to take it!! Let me know how it goes for you!

I recently stopped the mini pill to TTC and have always had really unpredictable cycles (either 21 days or over 40) with periods lasting 7 days, with severe cramps. I started taking vitex a month ago and this last cycle started on day 35, only lasted 5 days (much better) and only minimal cramping. I'm very happy with taking it

Okay, so I've been taking Vitex 2-3 times a day for the past few weeks.  Nothing yet.  I experienced some cramping a few days after I started taking it, but no AF.  I'm going to be patient (ha!) and keep taking it... Just thought I would update :-) Lots of luck to you all, and thanks for the reminder that we're not alone in this!
