Need advice?

Hi everyone.

My husband and I have been actively trying for 6 months now. In February I had my last period, until May. I had received a couple positive hpt. But the doctors never figured out what happened. On May 10th I had a period. My cycle was 31 days, so I had my June period, right on time. But I have missed my period this month. Had some spotting, but no bleeding. I had light cramping, sore breast, backache, headache. Also, got several faint positive hpt. I was extremely excited! But today I took Clear blue Digital and got "not pregnant"

What do I do? :(
