Job stress

I am at such a loss about work and pregnancy juggling. I work in a high stress sales position. I am sick of my job and been thinking of making a change for quite some time.  I just found out I'm pregnant, and I'm even more restless for a change. I can't imagine doing this job with a little one. Also, I can't imagine looking for a job with a bun in the oven.  Will my new employer feel duped when I start showing just a few short months after hire? Anyone else been here?
