I have IC and was wondering if anyone else can relate/ share advice .

I do. I went through a terrible time before I was diagnosed, a lot of pain and thinking I had bladder infections. I ended up in the hospital before anyone realized what was going on. I am currently self-managing it and have been mostly in remission for a good nine months (only mild flare ups). I start having symptoms a few days before my period and I'm always worried they'll go into a full blown, painful flare up. :(

I have it - only bad flare ups a few times a year now- I have managed by doing elimination diet and drinking lots of water....currently having flare up with possible infection.... using a clay heating pack i microwave at night has made my life so much better though!
