Implantation bleeding?

Today I'm 11/12 DPO. Around 2 pm I went to the bathroom and saw light pink cm when I wiped, I figured it was AF coming so I put on a panty liner. Now 6 hrs later, nothing on the liner and nothing when I wipe. Usually if I spot before AF it gets progressively heavier until it's just full force. AF is due Tuesday. Also I've been having cramps on and off all day. Could this be IB???
