It's not all that bad. First of all, if you're wet and lubed up properly, it shouldn't hurt that much. And about the bleeding, it's not much at all. Just a little spotting and usually the most blood comes the day after you've had sex. 
​Just make sure when you decide to do it, you're wet enough, relax your body (don't be tight and tensed up) and just work the penis in very slow until all of it is inside you.

It depends on how comfortable and relaxed you are. If you're tense it's probably going to be harder to get it in, and it'll lost likely hurt.

It's wasn't terrible but wasn't very pleasant either. I didn't bleed either but it hurt to sit and walk the next day, I'm not even kidding. I went to work the next day and when I dropped things, I only bent over to get things a couple times and it was so painful that I kicked stuff under the shelves the rest of the day. But on the other hand, I'm a big baby when it comes to pain. But it's super awesome now ;)
