Brown spotting?

Hi everyone. We are on our fifth month ttc, and I'm having a strange cycle. My period is about 1-2 days late (varies between 25/26 days). After BDing last night, I had some brown spotting and it continued a little bit this am, just a little when wiping but nothing else. I took a hpt yesterday (dollar tree) despite trying to avoid that because I'm tired of negatives. It too was negative. Am I out this month? Anyone experienced anything like this?

I've been brown spotting for the last 5 days! AF is due July 31 - Aug 1. I'm assuming this month is out for me. We're 32 & been TTC for 4 months. Not sure what the spotting means?! I get pink or brown spotting exactly 1 week before AF, but only for a day - which has obviously not been an indicator of pregnancy. So frustrating. I may go to the fertility specialist to see if something is wrong. I hate to keep trying when something may not be right...

I always get brown spotting for 3 days before AF shows up :( but you never know! Everyone is different. Good luck to you.

I started having brown spotting the day before my period was due. It only lasted 3 days and it was super light. But I only got BFN's. Now, 3 weeks late I finally got my real AF.

Thanks so much for the support! It's so stressful (which only adds to the difficulty!) fingers crossed this is my month, but I never like to get my hopes up.
