My stomach /: tmi

Okay , I have no idea what Is going on . I've had "the runs" for a couple of days now . Several times in one day to be exact ! I had a positive opk about two and a half weeks ago but I'm not certain I ovulated then . I had a horrible ache in my lower abdomen on Friday night then I had light spotting on Saturday morning . Only one time when I wiped . Then Saturday I had a really uncomfortable ache all day and then it got so bad that It woke me up again during the night . I thought maybe I was getting a uti but I have no other symptoms of a uti . I got naseous on the way to my moms this morning and when I ate some toast I was okay . I still have this nagging pain in my lower abdomen . My breast are a little sore but I can always blame that on BF . Another thing I haven't noticed as much cm this cycle ? I haven't really been tracking this month or paying as much attention to detail .. Just going with the flow . Should I test ?
