Always wet!

Okay, so before I knew I was pregnant, I would always assume I was because I would be wetter down there than normal. I then found out I was pregnant and continued to be really wet down there for a while. I just thought it was a normal pregnancy symptom or something. But now I'm 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I've been really wet down there all day! It's so annoying when I have to go to the bathroom all the time to clean myself and my panties. I'm gonna have to buy some liners for this problem. I don't know. Is this normal?! Anyone else going through the same? I also had sex yesterday around 7 or something and he came in me. Could that be apart of it or something? I showered and everything. I'm just lost. Help?
