Pregnancy & Exercise?
I'm TTC and have recently (last few months) gotten serious about eating clean and working out. I used to do hot yoga but my ob-gyn said not to do this while preggo. So, I'm doing daily work out DVDs for strength training and weight lifting and running between 2-4 miles about 3-4 times per week. Just curious what your work out routines are and if there's anything I should be aware of while trying to get pregnant. Does exercising reduce my chances of getting pregnant? thx!
