Making an appt..advice needed
In august I will have been off of bc pill for one full year. Tomorrow I am planning to call my obgyn for an appt for many reasons. 1.) I have been off the pill for one year as stated above and have not conceived. 2.) my periods are bad. Lots of bleeding, horrible pain, many large clots. I thought this had gotten better for a couple of months but this month it was awful again. It definitely hinders my life while I'm on my period. 3.) I have pain in my right ovary most of the month, particularly during ovulation but I suspect that's normal. A few years ago I had an ultrasound that revealed 3 small cysts on that ovary.
When calling, I need advice on the right things to say and ask to get what I need done. I don't want a regular checkup. I want to get on the path to understanding why my periods are so bad and why I havent conceived. I've never done anything regarding infertility so I was hoping seine could help.
Also, my last checkup, my old obgyn said my uterus was enlarged but didn't say why. Anyone else experience this or can it prevent conception?
