Early U/S, no fetal pole

I'm 5w3d, and need reassurance! I went to the dr this morning due to right sided pain, they ruled out ectopic, said it could be a cyst. On the ultrasound I had a 5w3d gestational sac, small yolk sac, but no fetal pole. Dr said he was a bit concerned not to see fetal pole yet, but not too concerned because it could just be too early. Anyone have a similar scan and went back to everything fine? I'm so nervous. ​
