stressed......Help!

Okay so my periods are very irregular. last month I spotted light pink on 6/9-6/10. Then on 6/15-6/20 I spotted a little heavier and it was a red color. I stopped for 2 days and then I had my period from 6/22-7/4. I also had bad cramps that happened every time that I was spotting. me and my bf have had unprotected sex almost every day with him finishing inside. it is now 7/29 and I have yet to get a period, 7 days later than last month. on 7/27 and 7/28 I had random cramps near lower abdomen. and on 7/28 early in the morning when I wiped it was a light pink color..but it was only once. I took a frer and it was negative! I'm freaking out that I might be prego but I don't want to get my hopes up if it's not? advice appreciated! :)
