LOL which one is healthier?

Oatmeal is better, (higher in fiber and will fill you up better) but damn if cinnamon toast crunch doesn't taste amazing!

Definitely oatmeal! try making steel cut oats instead of rolled or quick oats, they keep you full much longer! I sweeten mine with fruit and honey, sometimes peanut butter

Oatmeal x1000! Whoever said steel cut oats is right, their texture is much better than rolled. 
That's my fav overnight oatmeal recipe, but stovetop it's easy too! I take 1&1/3 cups hemp milk (or half milk half water otherwise), and add 1/3 cup oats when it's building to a boil. Cut the temp down to a good summer and add cinnamon and vanilla. Add chopped apples after the oatmeal has cooked down some. Pour in a bowl and top w a little Ceylon cinnamon, butter, salt, and brown sugar or molasses to taste!
