Period?

Kat • I am 22 and Engaged. Been with fiancé 6 years. Not getting married anytime soon and not hoping for baby anytime soon.
Hi just wondering if this is normal, my period came a week early, it was very heavy and painful, however, it only lasted 2 days. My periods normally last about 6 days. Is this normal, that it only lasted 2 days?
