Need your positive thoughts please!!!!

Im 9 weeks today and yesterday there was pink discharge when I wiped followed by a bit of streaky red spotting. I went to A&E and they are going to scan me today... I have been having horrific back pain which is making me really nervous because when I had my chemical pregnancy in may I had spotting and back pain and then full on bleeding. I'm hoping that because I'm that much further along this time that it wouldn't be exactly the same as the chemical pregnancy anyway. I've woken this morning with no blood, no pain and I heard the baby's heartbeat on my doppler so I'm trying to be positive I'm just so terrified. Anyone got any positive stories for me? My blood pressure was  90/52 last week, yesterday it was 140/94 ... I feel like my heart is going to explode I'm so scared :-( xx
