ovulation the day after period ends?!

I came off yesterday and because I have very irregular cycles I decided to do an ovulation test each day so I defo don't miss it. This is the positive looking one I've ever had but can it really happen that quickly? Is it a dud? Or is it a negative? Any I've done in the past has always been fainter. Thanks

Mine are positive some random days and others completely negative.. It's hard to tell what's a real pos reading and what's "fake" because of endometriosis. If you have cysts on your ovaries that could throw off your hormone balance/tests. I really have to rely on my body to be sure because my tests are all over the place!
