Vitex-- long cycles

Rachel • Fri, Aug 01 • TTC #1 since January `14! Hoping for a BFP, but trusting in my Lord to provide in His timing! He is good-- all the time!

I've been taking vitex for about a month. I started it mid cycle hoping to induce my period but it's day 64 and all I've had is done super light yellowish brown spotting a few days ago and now it's gone. Could the spotting be the vitex starting to do something with my system?

I have long cycles and do not ovulate at all or consistently( possible PCOS)

Anyone taking vitex have similar experience??
