Implantation cramps

So I got this twinge/ like almost burning right around my pelvic area along with lower backache and cramps... I'm a little over 5 dpo maybe even 6 dpo.... It makes my thighs and butt hurt!! Could this be implantation pains??? With my first I had the same thing but aftery bfp... I was in the hospital thinking it was an ectopic but I guess it's just me and I'm super untuned withy implantation pains!! ??? Any one have any ideas??
