think I'm getting fired!

pk lady's I need some help! so far my pregnancy has been the worst so sick in the hospital all the time couldn't eat work was being really good about it then all of a sudden they aren't happy and I told them that I'm good to work again then today i wasnt feeling good at all and called in and then they are saying they don't know what to do with me and what not they will sit down and talk about and let me know. so what I'm wanting to know if can the fire me?
