Very very confused! help!!!

So I'm on CD 37, no AF with a cycle typically between 28-31 days.. 3 days ago on Wednesday I got a blood test and it said it was negative. I still haven't gotten AF. I'm not sick or anything to make her delay or not show. My cervix is very high and soft and has been for at least 2 weeks. Even though I got a blood test is there any possibility of being pregnant?? I'm so confused!! I haven't taken a hpt since the blood test due to not wanting to be let down.
