Ovulation earlier than usual?

Question

Has anyone else ovulated earlier than usual? I've always ovulated on day 14 since I usually have a 28 day cycle. I've decided to start using opk since I'm getting a little older just to make sure nothing has changed. Today is cycle day 11 and I got a positive LG surge this morning! So glad I started using these. I would have missed this cycle....??

I've had a positive opk on cd 9 and I have a 27 day cycle so it's definitely possible, best of luck.

Generally you ovulate 12-48 hours after your surge is detected, so catching your surge at cd11-13 seems like it would be spot on for a 28 day cycle where you O about cd14. Good Luck this month!!

yup, I've gotten a positive as early as cd 5/6.
