Question

I've started doing the ovulation tracking and I picked up an opk. I know there are suppose to be two lines all the time, and when your ovulating you judge by what lines are darker. But I haven't gotten two lines at all, ​ The results have been really inconclusive so far. Do you think it's just a bad batch of them? Has this happened to anyone??

To correct your understanding of how OPKs work... You will not always have 2 lines. You should only have the control line (every time and if not, it's invalid) and when you begin to see the 2nd line (after multiple tests sometimes) that's when you know you're starting to ovulate. Once the test line is darker than the control line, that's when you know you'll ovulate in 12-24hrs.
