help:( bit of tmi

iv just come on my period 7 days ago and its rather heavier than normal... I'm getting cramps normally through the day but it seems like every time I eat they become severe and iv got bad diarrhea as well sorry for tmi just wondering what it could me my tummy pains have been getting worse the last 3 days...
