Is it a hospital or birthing center? How did you decide?

I am high risk so I have to have the baby at the hospital. But I want to go as natural as possible while being there so I don't want any drugs used for pain or starting labor and no iv drop running.

Low risk, so we don't want to take any pain relief.

We don't have a birthing center where I live so hospital is the only choice. I think there is a birthing center about an hour away but that's a little far for visitors to travel and I would prefer to stay closer to home.

What is epidural ? N why does everybody keep telling me not to get it ?

In hospital as it'll be a vbac so need to be monitored. My first baby was a gas and air  2 hour labour. My second had to be delivered by c section due two her being breech. 50/50 chance this will be breech but if now hopefully I can use water for pain relief until I have to push then maybe gas and air again.

Hospital, hoping for a natural birth again (the hospitals here are great even if u want it natural) but I have twins and complications are much more likely so I wanna be in the hospital in case things don't go to plan.
