VBAC???

any in put on this will help. My daughter is 5 so it's been that long since my c section.. I want the experience though of vaginal. and c sec was really rough.

I had a csection with my first and I now have a new doctor who performs VBACS and got the okay to go through with it. My doctor had to wait and make sure my uterus was cut correctly before I could move forward. I am very excited to have this experience. I cried when I had to have a csection and really wanted to have a vaginal birth. As long as your doctor gives you the okay then I would go for it. Even if it doesn't turn out the way you hoped you can at least say you tried :)

It depends on the reason you had to have the csection in the first place. If it is something that is likely to repeat itself then they probably won't suggest a VBAC. Most women are good candidates, I had one with my second a my first was breeched. My second ended up being 10lbs 10oz but I was still able to deliver him vaginally with no complications (other than three tears) but the recovery was so much easier and it was very rewarding :)

talk with your doctor as long as there wasnt any complications during you c section then you should give it a try :)

All depends on medical reasons. Every pregnancy is different, and many things can happen. Though if everything goes smooth and the doctor says it won't hurt to try. Go for it.

Most women can have a vbac. If your Dr. says no get a second and 3rd opinion. Good luck I hope you get your desired birth.
