I think it's always more important to aim for a healthy lifestyle instead of aiming to 'lose some weight'. There are so many factors that impact the number on the scale. I mean your weight fluctuates during the day, the time of month, all the time basically..

My doctor stated it would help but the stress of worrying about loosing weight could affect everything else negatively so I just try eating better and walking/jogging if I loose weight aweskme but according to my MD she didn't think it was NEEDED....

You need to be careful how you try to lose weight---Dieting and intensive exercise adds more stress to your body.
​What my DH and I have started to do is drink green smoothies daily with spinach/kale, fruit, chia seeds, maca powder, etc. They're actually delicious! We've also added more veggies and protein to our diet. Also, trying to stay away from processed foods and eating more organic foods.
​This is our 6th month TTC so hope it  will help our chances! Baby dust to you all!!
