Pre-cum, can I be pregnant?

So I usually have 29-31 day cycles, today is my cycle 33, no period. I had unprotected sex using withdrawal method on my 27% risk day. I asked doctors on health tap the app, and they said I could get pregnant from pre cum. The thing is I've had unprotected sex on my fertile days using withdrawal and nothing's ever happened. But this month i got my period on July 4th, lasted a week, it's august 5th, no pms symptoms that I usually get a week before my period, I've felt nauseous, I threw up two weeks ago, and I've had a cold for two weeks now. My period was supposed to come on Aug 2nd, (29 day cycle) and today it makes 33. Can I be pregnant? He didn't finish inside me, so can pre cum really get you preg? Never happened to me before. I've had a bunch of preg scares, so I'm not really worrying this time bc I don't want stress to make it late. I didn't get my period for a whole month in December bc of a cyst, but I don't feel pain in my ovaries only in my uterus when I press on it. And I've been urinating a lot and I've been really hungry, and my bbt has stayed elevated. Can I be preg? Or is this all in my head? Please help,
