help! cycle day 48, still no period and negative tests

i'm now on day 48 since my last period and i'm usually every 32 to 35 days. i've tests a few times, all negative. got a doc appoint tomorrow to talk about it but worried they will just think i'm silly. I feel all the symptoms, i'm nauseous, I have sore boobs, i'm tired, I get dizzy standing up. I just want it either confirmed or for my period to start so i'm not in this limbo anymore!!! :( so frustrating
