AF is late!

So according to glow, I'm about a week late, but according to my other app, I'm only 3 days late. Not sure which is more correct but either way I'm still late. Had spotting (which I've never had before in my whole 9 years of getting AF) on Monday and then Thursday of last week. Hoping it was IB but still not sure. I have PCOS so irregular periods aren't exactly uncommon but in the past 2 years since I've been with my DF, I've even pretty regular (with the exception of a day or two early or late once or twice). I really wanna test but don't wanna get let down again. Ugh this is killing me :(
