DIY Gift for my BF

Hey creative gals! I want to make a cute DIY gift for my boyfriend just because, but I'm out of ideas that don't mandate a holiday/birthday to accompany it. I've made him the 50 reasons I love you deck if cards, the me red crayon canvas with a silhouette, and a few other things of the sort. Does anyone have any cute ideas that they've done, had done for them, or just seen somewhere? I'm pretty artsy so it can be a bit complicated. Thanks ladies :)
