implanan help

okay so I've had the implanon (rod) since February of this year, but it's making my periods last super long, like 1-2 months.

I'm going to go to a doctor soon most likely but I'm not really sure as to what I should ask. I am young, I'm only 16. (please dont judge and yes my parents know)

Could you guys give me some advice on ways to make it not lasy as long? And what I should say/ask my docter when I go to see them?
