Need help ASAP guys
So I thought I was one of the lucky ones without morning sickness but last night I could not eat nothing like I made beef chicken and pasta and I couldn't eat none of it like I'm put off meat all I could eat today was nectarine and and some pitta bread and I feel sick now aswell I feel like I can't keep the food down what can I do ?
