Going on a break

What does this mean he says he wants alone time and time to get things straight we have been together for almost 2 years and he's mad at me because he asked me not to come over and I did anyways he says he wants to be with someone who will listen to him and his wishes expcially when I ask him to listen to me and he does what do I do I don't wanna lose him I'm so stressed out and hurt and I feel like I can't do anything right please help me
