What worked for you conceiving?

I have been trying for 7 months now I stopped logging stuff a couple months ago because I gave up. But nothing is seeming to work. What did you do to get pregnant??

Bd every day of fertile window and also used preseed.

BD one time every day/every other day (usually between 1am and 4am) during fertile window and for 2 days after ovulation. We started trying on July 2nd and every other day after that for a week and a half... Got my BFP on June 21st. I think I conceived the 1st or 2nd day of trying... I think me and my hubby are just very lucky. With our daughter 3 years ago, it only took 1 and a half months and that's just cause I didn't know back then when I was fertile or any of that.

BD every day of fertile window, preseed, evening primrose, vitamin E, and they say it doesn't do anything but hips elevated 20 mins after BD.
