Small ovaries..what does that mean?
Today I had a scan and my baby is measuring 8w1day. Everything looks good and I could see their lil arms and legs and heartbeat. Even seen them wiggle a little.
When the nurse was checking me out she said..oh small ovaries. My right ovary was 1.5cm by 1.5cm. She couldn't see the left one on this occasion but does anyone have any idea what that even means? It obviously doesn't really matter cause baby is all good but I'm just wondering,? Any ideas? Or anyone in the same boat? I read online they should be between 3 and 5. I didn't really think about it at the time to ask her just occurred to me when I came home.
