Weight and breastfeeding
Hey mommies,
Just wanted to ask how you manage your weight while breastfeeding?
My little one is now almost 8 months old. Right after giving birth I lost all the weight I'd put on during pregnancy due to the lack if appetite that had lasted for almost a week. Unfortunately, as the baby is growing, he requires more breast milk at night and I still feel highly sleep deprived, which results in the lack of energy in the daytime. Moreover, I've been experiencing great urge for sweets and I cannot resist that. All in all, while breastfeeding, I've put on like 2-3 kilos. I know that doesn't sound much but how to lose them when I feel no energy, no motivation - only disgust with my slightly more rounded hips, thighs and belly??
I'm 177 cm tall and now I weigh around 72-73 kg. Before pregnancy I weighed 69-70 kg.
I am sure this sounds all too familiar to you. Please, share your ideas.
