Bleeding after stillbirth?

Did any mothers here have trouble with lots of bleeding and clotting after losing their angels? I bled heavily for a long period of time at one point I thought I was going to haemorrhage. I also had faint pregnancy tests up until about five months after losing my angel I was not pregnant though. Has any other mothers he been in a similar situation after losing their angel/Angels?
