Cramping and Bleeding

​   I just found out Thursday after taking 5 pregnancy tests and going to the lab for urine test also that I am almost 5 weeks. Friday morning I did another test to make sure I wasn't dreaming and it was again positive. Since I missed my period I had annoying cramping like my period was coming, but nothing. The Friday I check I saw I had pinkish/brownish spotting when I wiped then later that day I had what looked like small clots but nothing large. Has anyone else had this? I know the body is preparing for a baby, but I just don't want to make it worse but stressing myself more. My doc usually waits till 8 weeks to see you, but I think I will call Monday to see what they suggest. I just pray things are okay?
